A Mama Johnson (or GiGi) recipe for over 25 years has now turned into our family business. Her salsa has been shared with friends and family across Texas and now we get to share it with all of you under the name “J’s Salsa”.The secret is out about Mama Johnson’s salsa – in 2020, we started living the Lubbockite dream by partnering with United and Market Street Supermarkets.
